Since Mommy completely missed month 13, I've decided to write you every two months this second year of life. The past two months have been a whirlwind. Every day you grow bigger and get smarter. You are walking FAST all over the place and have your little hands in absolutely everything. If we stay home, the house is a disaster within minutes. You're a busy busy boy! You talk up a storm though I don't know a lot of what you're saying. You repeat the same thing over and over, hoping that slow Mama will finally understand. You do have a lot of words and I'm shocked at how quickly you learn the name of something. You make silly noises and are very funny. One of my all time favorite sounds is your laughter; it's so sweet. Daddy and I are having even more fun with you now that you're older. I've been taking you to the Sea World Aquatica water park several times a week and you love splashing with your friends. I am so in love with you as a little boy. You make Mommy's heart happy every single day and I feel so lucky to have you to spend my time with.
Eating - You're still a decent eater when you feel like it. You love bread and fruit for breakfast and will eat whatever we come up with for lunch and dinner. Some faves are grilled cheese sandwiches, peanut butter, pizza, meatloaf, yogurt, green beans, grapes, raisins, bananas, cherries, muffins, waffles, biscuits.
Sleeping - You're the best little sleeper I could ask for. You've transitioned from two naps to one nap a day. Sometimes this nap is only two hours and at other times it'll stretch for three or four hours. We take what we can get.
Measurements - About 23 pounds. You'll go to the doctor at 15 months.
