Granny

I know that I just wrote about a great-grandmother, but you have to see this with your own eyes. Daniel and I were in the neighborhood of Gilmer, TX so we called my 103 year old great grandmother [yep that's ONE HUNDRED AND THREE] and popped in for a quick visit.

Granny is my Dad's grandmother. She lives alone. She is NOT senile. She takes a walk and a nap everyday. She watches what she eats. She stands by Vitamin C. She says whatever she thinks. She tells great stories of the last century. She believes in Jesus. She doesn't look 103.


She has always had GORGEOUS azaleas.
