Week 23 | June 1st - June 7th.

Sunday - 1st: We stayed at Cookie's for a trip to Baba's this week. Love this chunky monk so much.



Monday - 2nd: Cookie, the boys and I road tripped to East TX today. We met Baba and Hannah in Lufkin for a bite to eat and a few errands before heading to Baba's farm. Parker was thrilled to see the  all the animals and tools. His favorite was riding his four wheeler down the driveway and using Baba's real (lightweight) blower.

The best brothers! Pierce doesn't look so little even with Parker holding him.



Tuesday - 3rd: Parker found a weed eater to match yesterday's blower. He carried it all around Baba's house and worked while we got ready to drive to Nacogdoches and visit Don and Dolores.  It was so fun to catch up with them and have them spend time with the boys. Parker loved touring Don's barn, dipping in the pool and running around wild outside.






Wednesday - 4th: Today we went over to see Uncle Wink and Vivian. As we drove up the driveway we could see Winfred had killed a snake in the yard. That went over well with Parker (he still talks about it). Tractor rides and watching Molly the horse drink from a Dr. Pepper can were also a thrill. Wink is Parker's great-great-great uncle. It's so fun to see generations of family members all together. We are blessed to have those we love live long, healthy lives.





Thursday - 5th: Mom and I made the trip back to Nav. We unloaded the car and I stuffed the boys back in and headed out to Cameron's to visit with him and Trish. It was great to get to spend some time together in their new home. The view is amazing! I love their property and can't wait to hang out more.


Friday - 6th: Parker took a field trip to Tractor Supply with Cookie and Chief and landed himself a pair of overalls just like Uncle Wink. Hilarious! Cookie called him Dennis the Menace. Since I am so close to Houston and a few of my favorite ladies live there, we made plans for a lunch date. I really wanted to meet their babies and let them have the chance to see Mr. Pierce. Plus, Chuy's is always a great idea. It was refreshing to get to chat with Liz H, Jenny and Trish ...it always feels like no time has passed at all!








Saturday - 7th: Don't let these cute smiles, fool ya. We ran errands in College Station with Cookie today. Parker behaved terribly and was in trouble most of the day. I had to escort him from Target and spank him in the parking lot with my flip flop! Ohhhh, how three is challenging this Mama.
