This is the only class at NHS that I've been with all four years of their high school career. It's been such a neat process to see a group of people mature from 14 year old freshman into young adults, ready to enter the world and conquer their dreams. As sophomores, I taught a group of these students while on a block schedule. Some days I didn't think we'd make it through another 90 minute class period. We all got on one another's nerves, but survived and came through the year having stronger relationships because of the experience. Some of the graduates have never sat in my English class, but were a part of Stuco, Yearbook, Cheer or were just a friendly face in the hall. I love them just the same (sometimes more!). The class of 2011 is a group of strong people who value friendships, kindness and respect. I can't wait to see what each of these students does with their future. Seniors, I love you and will never forget you. Please keep in touch!
